"Sweet Millions", Acrylic on Canvas, 20"x24"
"Sweet Millions", Acrylic on Canvas, 20"x24"
This colorful painting features the tomatoes I grew over the Summer that go by the variety name “Sweet Millions” on my cutting board with my favorite kitchen knife. It’s been over a decade since I was able to grow my own food at home and I was really looking forward to being able to finally reconnect with myself that way. The garden grew and I noticed how comfortable and at home I felt tending to everything the way I used to do with my dad growing up. This painting and several others in my upcoming collection of works on canvas explore this feeling and others associated with growing my own food. Perfect for a culinary student, an established chef, or just a foodie you know is obsessed with tomatoes. Feel free to contact me for more information! Note: To ensure this painting is transported in perfect condition the shipping is going to cost significantly more in order to facilitate. The varnished painting will be sent unframed in a protective container and includes a certificate of authenticity.
