COMMISSION USAGE RIGHTS

By requesting a commission you (the client) agree to the following..

AGREEMENT AND USAGE RIGHTS: All services and artwork provided by the artist (Matthew Smith) shall be for the exclusive use of the client other than for the artist’s promotional use. Upon payment of all fees and transfer of final artwork the following reproduction rights shall be granted: 

- Final Artwork is transferred to Client with the exception of personal use by the Artist (social media, portfolios, etc.) 
- All Artwork is limited as commission: Artwork cannot be used by client for merchandise, commercial work, promotional work, or as a licensed character design. Artwork may not be further altered without permission from the artist 

- Client gains license to reproduce works through commercial printers for personal use only 
- Artwork may be shared online only with proper credit given to the Artist. if artwork is circulated without proper accreditation the Artist may demand Client to remove shared artwork 

- The Client is explicitly prohibited from using the Artwork in any project related to, or involving, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or other systems built on blockchain technology

CONTRACT AGREEMENTS: 
- Client agrees to pay described amount in full upon receiving a confirmation email and invoice 
- Commissioned Art will be delivered within the previously allotted dates unless a further agreement is made between artist and client 
- Either party cannot end the commission agreement without reason. If either party needs to end the commission then a discussion may be held via provided email. Commission refunds will be allotted within 3 days of the resolution
